I found a cloud torrent downloader. It’s FREE for 2 GB of files. You should give it a try! I managed to download some urgent files via this service https://www.seedr.cc. It turned out that my mobile provider failed to get me to use the torrents (too much of data) but that guys did help me to get things right.
